Dear all, Here in the Swiss Alps, autumn colours have faded away, giving way to white gold, much to the delight of skiers, snowshoers, hikers, young and old alike. Snow has already fallen heavily at high altitudes, and its immaculate beauty never fails to fascinate me. |

| It is also that time of year when we start to see the festive season fast approaching! Those of you who know me know that I am not one to encourage consumerism, quite the contrary. However, when the festive season arrives, we all want to treat our loved ones or friends in one way or another. So, if you are short on ideas, perhaps you will find something among the various services and products I offer that will make someone happy, or even yourself! I am also pleased to announce that my summer 2026 photography workshop programme is now online. There are some exciting new additions this year, which I look forward to sharing with you! |

 GIFT IDEAS : |

ORIGINAL FINE ART PRINTS: Enhance your interior with an original fine art print. All my photographs are available in limited editions of either 500 or 30 copies, and some are also available as single prints. To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order before 10 December. |
PHOTO WORKSHOPS: For over 15 years, I have been committed to sharing my knowledge and experience as a mountain photographer through my photography workshops. Beyond teaching photographic technique, I talk about the importance of approach, perspective and emotions, all while immersing ourselves in beautiful nature and sharing wonderful moments with other enthusiasts. I am delighted to offer you some exciting new additions to the 2026 programme (see below). |
| |
| |
| 2026 CALENDAR: The must-have calendar for all mountain lovers! Published since 2010 and now a classic in Switzerland, this large wall calendar features twelve of my most recent panoramic images of the majestic Swiss mountains. The calendar's large size allows you to immerse yourself in the heart of the mountains and breathe in the fresh air all year round. |
| BOOK MAJESTICS: This book, a tribute to nature as pure as it is fragile, brings together a selection of Samuel's most beautiful photographs. The panoramic format of the images immerses you in the heart of these majestic Alpine spectacles so that you, in turn, can savour all their subtleties. The first edition was self-published in autumn 2015 by Samuel. The book quickly became a huge success with the public. In 2016, it won an award at the famous Banff Mountain Book International competition (Canada). In light of this success, Samuel decided to republish it in 2017, in a new edition enriched with 12 new photographs. In 2018, this second edition was awarded an honourable mention at the renowned IPA Awards. |

| Book ALPES 1st edition: This beautiful book pays tribute to the Alps through images by three renowned photographers and informative texts on geology, climatology, vegetation and geography. Captured in France, Switzerland and Italy, the photographs highlight little-known places while revisiting world-famous peaks and regions. It is published by the publishing house of the famous Swiss nature magazine La Salamandre. |
| Book ALPES 2nd edition enriched: Following the success of the first edition published in October 2021, the book ALPES was reissued in September 2023 in a second edition enriched with 40 pages and new, previously unpublished photographs. |
| |
| GIFT VOUCHERS: If you would like to offer a gift voucher, this is entirely possible. To do so, please contact me directly by email or telephone (079 835 35 45). I can send it to you in paper or electronic format. PHOTO WORKSHOPS: 2026 PROGRAMME |

| I know that some of you have been eagerly awaiting this, so I am delighted to announce that my 2026 photo workshop programme is now online. This year, at the request of several participants in recent years, I am once again offering the famous and spectacular Bernese Haute Route workshop. Admittedly, this 5-day adventure requires a very good level of fitness, but for those who have already experienced or discovered some of my more accessible high-mountain workshops (such as the one at the Mont-Rose hut) and who feel ready to take on the next level with this unique course, now is your chance. I am also delighted to offer two brand new 2-day workshops: Muveran Massif : |
| |
| Mid-mountain workshop combining field photography with an overnight stay at the Rambert hut and a half-day devoted entirely to post-processing and analysing your images. Tierbergli Hut: |
| |
Workshop in mid and high mountains, ideal as your first workshop in the high mountain environment. And then the workshop at the Monte Rosa hut has become such a classic in recent years, both for its beauty and its accessibility, that it is obviously back on the programme. I hope you find something to suit you and, as always, I look forward to sharing one or more of these workshops with you, passing on my passion for the mountains and photography in a fun and friendly atmosphere. |

| |
| All that remains is for me to wish you all the best for your preparations for the festive season and a wonderful start to winter, bathed in its prestine lights. With kind regards Samuel |
