Sunna Margrét releases 'Fern' with two bonus tracks today!

Following her critically acclaimed debut album 'Finger on Tongue' - The Quietus named it one of the ‘Best Albums of the Year So Far 2024,’ describing it as “Oddball Icelandic pop packs a dense punch, heavy with ideas.” - now Sunna Margrét releases 'Fern' with two bonus tracks 'Garland' and 'Sickness', a companion piece to her previous spring release.

‘Fern,’ features dreamy vocals and harmonies with a pop-leaning edge while retaining a distinctive left-field character. It's a plea to an understanding.

‘Garland’ is characterized by its moody and chaotic energy, created solely with percussion sounds and voices to evoke the tension of two people in conflict.

‘Sickness’ features soft, introspective moments contrasted with harsh elements. Kind of sad and tragic, but ending with a rebellion or some sort of victory.
