Advanced Course: Rare Bone Diseases

Join us next month for the EPOS BAT Advanced Course focused on Rare Bone Diseases.

This course provides an up-to-date and clinically focused overview of rare bone diseases, encompassing advances in classification, epidemiology, molecular diagnostics, imaging interpretation, and therapeutic innovation.

Renowned experts in the field will share their knowledge in theoretical lectures, interactive hands-on workshops, and engaging case discussions.

Trilogy Course: Paediatric Orthopaedic Basics II

🗓️ 25–27 November 2026
📍 Vienna, Austria

Part III of the of the 9th BAT Trilogy is aimed at residents who want to improve their understanding of children’s orthopaedics and also at all orthopaedic surgeons who wish to update their knowledge.

Taking place at the Speising Orthopaedic Hospital in Vienna, this course will cover a wide range of topics, including spine disorders, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular diseases, upper limb deformities and malformations, bone tumours, and musculoskeletal infections.

Could you be the next Travelling Fellow?

In collaboration with the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA), EPOS is offering Travelling Fellowships for a select number of young paediatric orthopaedic surgeons who are keen to gain international exposure, exchange knowledge, and boost their professional growth.

Applications for our 2027 fellowships are now open. If you are an EPOS member, this is an unmissable opportunity to enhance your skills on an international stage. Of course, it’s also a brilliant opportunity to travel, explore different cultures and make new friends for life!

EPOS 2030: Invitation for host applications

A key event in the paediatric orthopaedics calendar, the EPOS Annual Meeting brings together experts from all over the world to connect, learn and share the latest insights in paediatric orthopaedics.

The congress takes place in a different European country each year and is typically hosted by the country’s national paediatric orthopaedic association.

It’s an incredible opportunity to bring together peers from around the world on your home turf and shine a spotlight on your country and culture, while raising the profile of your association.
