The Swiss Polar Festival starts this afternoon at the Médiathèque Valais with a co-creative workshop in relation to high altitude. Tomorrow, an evening of dialogue on the topic of high mountains through the lens of art, alpinism and science will take place at the Ferme-Asile. On Friday and Saturday, the programme for schools and families will present polar science through various workshops and content in collaboration with the Universities of Bern, Lausanne, and Zurich as well as Tara Océan Foundation, GRIMM and APECS Switzerland. The programme also includes an exhibition and conference by cinematographer Florian Ledoux (BBC Frozen Planet II) and other creative activities. We look forward to welcoming you in Sion!
