Interconnected... and almost registered?

There's still time!

Eduki Competition

Dear teachers, dear friends of the Competition,

The threshold of 700 participants has already been surpassed – a promising sign that the theme of the 10th edition resonates strongly with young people and teachers alike.

Gentle reminder: Registration for the Eduki 2025 School Competition is open until December 31, 2025.

Whether in class, in groups, or at schools, invite your students to reflect on the world of tomorrow through the competition theme “Interconnected: human – digital – sustainable” and to create an artwork, media, or concrete action project on this subject. From primary school to secondary II, regardless of subject area, everyone can participate in this unique educational competition in Switzerland, which aims to raise awareness of the impact of new technologies on people and sustainability.

Projects can be submitted until the end of February 2026, and all participants will be invited to the ceremony at the UN in Geneva (subject to room capacity). What's more, your works may also be exhibited there !

Our “Interconnected : human – digital – sustaiable” workshops, available both in person in Geneva and online, offer your classes a unique opportunity to explore the Competition's themes through participatory activities led by our team. These workshops allow participants to become familiar with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while encouraging their students to imagine projects that they can submit to the Competition. It provides a genuine balance between learning, creativity, and civic engagement.

First come, first served! This offer is valid until the end of January 2026 and is exclusively reserved for classes intending to participate in the Competition.

Target Audience: Secondary Levels I and II

Teachers can choose between two main approaches :

  • Society and Digital Technology (Approach 1)
  • Environment and Digital Technology (Approach 2)

🆕 New Feature: Interactive Workshops are also available online!

It is now possible to participate in our interactive workshops remotely, provided a teacher acts as a co-facilitator from the classroom. This is an excellent alternative for classes for whom travel to Geneva would not be possible.

Teacher's Testimonial: a project that brings people together

nd because a teacher’s word is worth more than a thousand newsletters, Ms. Hajar Chmiti, teacher at Cycle d’Orientation de Vuillonnex, explains how she integrated the Competition into her teaching:

"This Competition is an amazing opportunity to motivate students in a different way, give meaning to learning, and create a very positive collective dynamic."

This year again, she is renewing the experience, and has also actively participated with her class in the “Interconnected: human – digital – sustainable” Workshop.

Françoise Demole Award

The Françoise Demole Award: a springboard for your concrete projects!

Aimed at secondary II classes, the Françoise Demole Award brings the most inspiring ideas to life within the framework of the Eduki Competition. Whether it’s a local initiative, an awareness campaign, or a sustainable action, it encourages students to design, budget, and implement a project with meaning and impact.

🎥 Discover how the 2023/2024 winners took on the challenge!

Composting, anti-waste, reforestation… these students have proven that acting for a sustainable future is possible!

CFPP Genève – “Allez les vers (le retour)” : creation of a composting system for the cafeteria's food waste, allowing the cultivation of herbs and vegetables used by the chefs — a great circular economy initiative at the school.

Lycée Blaise-Cendrars (NE) – “Xirup l'élixir de fruit” : a mini-enterprise founded by five students to produce syrups made from unsold fruit, a sustainable and healthy alternative to industrial beverages.

Lycée Blaise-Cendrars, La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE) – Hive’Five : Handmade production of local honey candies, with a portion of the profits donated to an association that replants trees after the 2023 storm — a project that is both sweet and supportive.
